Hsinchu, Taiwan – Immense Oak Technologies, Inc. (IOT) starts to offer samples for the Ubique Panel Product Line. Ubique Panel is the very first product line that IOT intends to revolutionize the development of Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
Each product of Ubique Panel line comes with IOT proprietary control board and LCD module (LCM). The control board ONLY takes the HMI design generated from IOT’s Acorn Development Environment (ADE). The control board features a powerful ARM Cortex M7-based MCU with 32MB DRAM and 256MB flash memory. The control board is powerful enough to provide ARGB (16,777,216 colors) with 256 levels of transparency. The LCM comes with various panel sizes from 4.3” to 7” with capacity touch control (CTP) and these LCM are all sourced locally in Taiwan for ensuring the quality. The main advantage of Ubique Panel is to offer a total solution for customers who seek to bring illuminating visual effects and efficacious UI to their products, yet with shorter product development cycle time and lower development costs and risks.
Ubique Panel Line offers unparalleled versatility. It provides communication interface such as UART for connecting to the main control of the system. The communication protocol is highly customized. In addition, Ubique Panel offers an extensive set of I/O connectivity functions. GPIO, PWM, ADC functions are all available in the Ubique Panel and the functionality of these I/O are set in ADE without programming at all. “Ubique Panel allows our customers to build an HMI that connects to their system’s main control board in a short time,” said David Chen, Vice President of Immense Oak Technologies, Inc. “With the extensive set of I/O functions, Ubique Panel can go one step further to serve as the main control system for customer’s products.
